Digital Billboards Get the Green Light in San Jose

On August 6, 2019, city officials in San Jose (CA) unanimously approved a plan to investigate replacing existing, conventional billboards with new digital displays. The city aims to modernize its appearance while removing old, existing billboards.

“We are in the heart of Silicon Valley, you would expect us to have the most up-to-date billboards,” said San Jose Councilmember Raul Peralez.
